Roasting typically occurs Tuesday through Friday mornings. If you're interested in observing the process, morning visits are recommended.
Workshop Schedule
Cappuccino courses run Saturday mornings at 10:00. Full-day barista training workshops are scheduled monthly, typically on the last Saturday of each month. Check current availability by email.
Directions
The roastery is located in central Milan, accessible by metro (Montenapoleone station on Line 3) or tram lines 1 and 2. Street parking is limited; we recommend public transportation.
