Order Process and Acceptance

• Your submission constitutes an offer to purchase the selected service
• We will send you an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order
• Order acceptance occurs when we send you a second confirmation email with order details and payment instructions
• We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity

Pricing and Payment

All prices are stated in Euros and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment is due upon order confirmation unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfers and major credit cards. Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe may result in order cancellation.

Delivery and Shipping

For physical products such as coffee beans:

• Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and order weight
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs procedures

Workshop and Training Services

For educational workshops and training sessions:

• Workshops require advance booking and confirmation
• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled date receive a full refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date forfeit 50% of the fee
• No-shows forfeit the entire fee
• We reserve the right to cancel workshops due to insufficient enrollment, with full refunds issued

Subscription Services

For subscription-based services:

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the specified interval until canceled
• You may cancel at any time with 7 days notice before the next billing cycle
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• Partial refunds are not provided for unused portions of a subscription period

Product Quality and Returns

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive defective or damaged products:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue
• We will provide a replacement or full refund at our discretion
• Coffee products cannot be returned for subjective taste preferences
• Returns must be in original packaging and unused
